Rhosis, literally meaning Rhodes Sisters, is a name born from both place and partnership. Rhodes, Sydney, is where we lived for many years and where our journey in business began.

We are two young women with the ambition to reshape the hospitality industry in Sydney. Like many in our generation, travel has become an integral part of our lives. We've explored the world and experienced a wide range of accommodations, from luxury hotels to privately managed stays. Along the way, we've collected both beautiful memories and less-than-ideal ones.

While many agree that Sydney is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, it's clear that the standard of hospitality here often falls short of its international reputation. We frequently hear complaints from family and friends visiting Sydney about cramped spaces and subpar service.

So we asked ourselves:

“Why not us? Why can't we be the ones to bring change?”

We may not start with building a grand hotel, but we've chosen short-term rental accommodation as our battlefield.

Our approach to business is different from many of our peers. As female business owners, we deeply understand the pain points of travel accommodation experiences and are committed to providing the highest quality service through our unique perspective.

We pursue business growth because we believe that achieving a certain scale enables us to create economies of scale, delivering the best possible guest experience at a more affordable price. At the same time, we maintain the same meticulous attention to detail as a boutique host managing a single property - relentlessly striving to ensure comfortable bedding, spotless cleanliness, and outstanding guest communication.

Through our dedication to service and entrepreneurial spirit, we've built an impressive property portfolio, gained the trust of some high-profile investors and esteemed property owners in a short period of time. We're proud of how far we've come - and even more excited about where we're heading.
